Adress book mismatch

ok heres a strange one, been happening for a week or so now..

running BES 4.1.3.18

Users Address books fields differ on the BB device that the address book actully on the email client

for example - home cellphone on groupwise address book is in the correct field but on the device it's showing up as Home Phone and so on.

Evething else is fine, I'm not up on the log files, would there be a log file to look at that deals with address book issues?

Hi,

First I would upgrade your BES to SP4 as your current version has a number of know issues. Also can you please confirm if the field mappings appear to be incorrect for everyone or just some users?
