Enterprise Activation icon remains on the Home Screen after a successful enterprise activation

Environment
  • BlackBerry® Enterprise Server for Novell® GroupWise®
  • BlackBerry® 7130e device
Problem

After the enterprise activation process is successfully completed, the Enterprise Activation icon is still displayed on the BlackBerry device Home Screen.

Workaround
  1. On the BlackBerry device, go to Options > Advanced Options > Service Book.
  2. Select the Desktop[SYNC] Service Book.
  3. Click the trackwheel and select Delete.
  4. Click the trackwheel and select Undelete.
