Procedure

To purge pending messages for a BlackBerry smartphone user:

1. Open BlackBerry Manager.
2. Select the server name in the left-hand window pane.
3. On the Users tab, select the BlackBerry smartphone user from the user list.
4. Expand Service Control and Customization on the Tasks menu and click Purge Pending Messages.
